Property Description: Leland Getaway and Leland Chalet are side by side homes on the sharp curve just before going into the town of Leland on Manitou Trail.  Direct Lake Leelanau lakefront.  Gorgeous pristine sand bottom lake frontage.  Beautiful swimming in a calm cove. Beautiful lakefront home just steps from the water.  Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.  Quiet area to have lunch, read a book or play cards in the evening.  Relax to the sound of the waves.  Living room with fireplace and two sliding glass doors to a  walk out balcony overlooking the lake.   Bath with shower . 

A shared dock for Leland Villa and Leland Getaway is provided, prime swimming down the ladder at the end of the dock. Beautiful sand bottom & shallow at this point. Buoy is provided for our guest that are bringing there own water sports.

Lake Leelanau is a sand bottom, 23 mile long lake, south end in Traverse City and the north end is Leland. Great boating and all-sports lake. Large enough that you won't ever feel crowded. Boat on up to the town of Lake Leelanau or Leland for shopping and dinner. Lots to do in Leland as far as sightseeing and shopping.

3 Pontoon boats to offer ranging from $800-1200 per week or $175-225/day.  New 3-seater Sea Doo Jet Skis, $1200/week or $650 for 3 consecutive days each.  Mastercraft Ski boat with skis and tubes for $2000/week.
