Area: 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City or downtown Suttons Bay. 15 minutes to Leelanau Sands Casino. 20 minutes to Cherry Capital Airport. 100 miles to Mackinaw Island and 20 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Property Description:

Lake front cabin with use of two kayaks. Pet friendly. Large deck overlooking beautiful Lake Leelanau. Located just a few miles south of the town of Lake Leelanau on the west side.

One bedroom with a queen bed. Two bedrooms each with two twin beds. Gazebo on the deck is open-aired with beds for two. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Dining and 2 living room. One with French doors which walk out to a patio overlooking the lake.

Master bedroom with a queen. Next 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds each. Also sleeping for 2 in the gazebo, weather permitting, bring your sleeping bags.

The frontage is soft and sandy in the water off the seawall. The water level is 2-3 foot deep off the wall until you get to the end of the dock. There is a ladder at the end of the dock which is about 4 foot deep at this point. The lake is a gradual decline for about 50 foot out.

We do provide linens for all the beds in the cottage. Please bring your own towels and sleeping bag if using the gazebo.

A 24 foot pontoon, 11-passenger pontoon boat can be added to your reservation. We also have three new 3-person jet skis available for rent. Or our Mastercraft ski boat. Vests and instructions provided. This 23 mile long all sports lake is your summer paradise. Bring your watercraft to tie up to our buoy or rent our water sports at an unbeatable price along with the property. Scenic boat ride up the lake to the town of Lake Leelanau or Leland for dinner and shopping. Stop at one of the many sand-bars along the way for some water play. Fire pit and sitting area at waters edge.
