Accommodations: Home - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Bath - One King in Bedroom Upstairs, Two Full in Main Floor Bedroom, Twin Bunk Beds and One Full in other Main Floor Bedroom (Sleeps 12) . Also, a Full Size Futon on Sun Porch (Screened In Porch).

Property Description: Sarah's Retreat Cottage features three bedrooms and two full baths. Threre are three very spacious bedrooms, one bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs. The bedrooms on the main floor feature two full size beds in one bedroom and the "bunk" room has two twins and one full. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed. One full bath on each floor with tub/shower unit. The main floor upstairs also boosts an open floor plan with the living room open to the dining area and kitchen which walks out to the balcony with breath-taking lake views. A large brick fireplace(that works) is the centerpiece of the bright and airy living area. The kitchen is all new- full size range, microwave and refrigerator, dishwasher are complimented by Corian countertops that provide plenty of work space. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffeemaker and dishware. In addition, a Pack and Play Crib and Booster Seat ready for use.
Also includes High Speed Wireless internet, cable TV, grill, fire pit with seating, picnic table and an outdoor enclosed patio. No Washer or Dryer. Will have Air Conditioning for 2012!
