Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Top Loft bedroom has 1 king and 1 full-futon bed. TV/VCR w/movies. Main Level has a bedroom with 3 twin beds. TV/VCR/DVD in living room. Next Level down has a bedroom with 1 queen and one twin bed and futon in the hallway. Bottom Level which is the recreation room has 2 queen beds. TV/DVD All beds are new.

Property Description: This spacious 3600 square foot chalet is the perfect vacation rental year round. Four levels of living space with a large yard for recreation. It features 3 bedrooms and the 4th sleeping area is in the recreation room. Three full baths, full kitchen, laundry room, 2 fireplaces, and a walk out patio leading to the playground area and then to the water. Breathtaking lake views from almost every room in the house. Wrap around deck viewing a panoramic view of this 23-mile long all sports lake-Lake Leelanau. Patio furniture, grill, and picnic table provided. Large recreation room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. This room is a kid's paradise with TV, darts, puzzles, board games, Barbie's, Little Tikes kitchenette and dollhouse. 2 queen beds are also in this room. This room is the bottom level with French doors walking out to a patio.

This property comes with access to the lake and shared use of the covered pavilion on the lakefront.  Spacious shoreline lined with lounge chairs.  Beautiful swimming area with water trampoline. Just a short walk down, about 500 feet from the house to the water. At the water you have a dock and fishing boat for your use. Motor can be added to the fishing boat. Clean shallow swimming off the end of the dock. And just steps out to your SHARED WATER TRAMPOLINE, which is complimentary. Valued at $250 a day. Pontoon boat rental and Jet ski and Ski boat rental is also available at unbeatable prices. Boat up to Leland and the town of Lake Leelanau for dinner and shopping. Day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinaw Island are popular. Many wineries in the area along with fantastic restaurants. Leelanau Sands Casino is just 15 miles north.
